Grievance and Complaints
PPM takes grievances very seriously. It is our mission to ensure that all complaints and grievances are handled in a timely manner. If you have a concern regarding a staff member or policy of PPM's please use the attached form to notify of us of your concern and someone from our team will get back with you within 72 hours.

Grievance Procedure (internal and external): If you have a concern or grievance related to your employment, follow the organization’s grievance procedure outlined in your employee handbook. For external partner complaints and grievances please use this policy as a guidepost.
We welcome your feedback and concerns on staffing, programs, and any grievances that you wish to share with us. Our goal is to serve the community to the best of our ability, and we are sorry for any negative experience you may have experienced and we desire to correct the issue as soon as possible.
