Volunteer With Us
Be Part of Recovery, Hope, and Second Chances
At Paul’s Plan Ministries (PPM), we believe that recovery happens through relationships, encouragement, community, and hope. Every day, individuals and families impacted by substance use, mental health challenges, incarceration, and life instability are working to rebuild their lives — and volunteers help make that journey possible.
Whether you have lived experience, professional experience, faith-based experience, or simply a heart to serve, there is a place for you at Paul’s Plan Ministries.
Volunteering with PPM means becoming part of a recovery-oriented community that believes in healing, dignity, empowerment, and second chances for all people.
Our Mission
Paul’s Plan Ministries exists to provide comprehensive support and guidance to individuals transitioning from the criminal justice system while supporting spiritual transformation, mental wellness, and sustained recovery from substance use and mental health challenges. PPM supports multiple pathways of recovery and believes recovery is possible for everyone.
Why Volunteer With PPM?
Volunteers are an important part of helping people feel welcomed, supported, and connected during vulnerable times.
As a volunteer, you may help:
-
Encourage individuals in recovery and reentry
-
Support peer-led recovery and community programs
-
Reduce isolation and stigma
-
Strengthen recovery-friendly communities
-
Assist individuals and families impacted by incarceration, mental health challenges, or substance use
-
Help people reconnect with housing, employment, transportation, treatment, and community resources
Sometimes the smallest acts of support create the biggest impact.
A warm welcome.
A listening ear.
A ride.
A meal.
Encouragement during a difficult moment.
Hope often begins with human connection.
