Building Recovery, Reentry, and Hope  Together

At Paul’s Plan Ministries (PPM), we believe recovery happens in community and successful reentry requires partnership. No one organization can meet every need alone. Through strong collaboration, we can create pathways to healing, stability, employment, housing, recovery, and long-term success for individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder, mental health challenges, and justice involvement.

PPM is a State-Certified Recovery Community Organization (RCO) committed to providing peer recovery support services (PRSS), recovery coaching, reentry support, workforce stabilization, and community navigation services for individuals across Tippecanoe County and surrounding communities. While we specialize in supporting justice-involved individuals transitioning back into the community, our recovery support services are designed to strengthen recovery and wellness for individuals across the broader community.

We welcome partnerships with organizations, businesses, faith communities, healthcare systems, behavioral health providers, criminal justice agencies, housing partners, employers, and community leaders who share a vision of recovery, second chances, and healthier communities.

At the same time, individuals and families across our broader community continue to seek recovery support and connection.

Together, we can create a stronger system of care that promotes hope, healing, recovery, and second chances.
