Integrated Reentry and Correctional Support (IRACS) of Tippecanoe County

Paul's Plan Ministries has proudly partnered with Indiana Forensic Services to bring the IRACS program to Tippecanoe County. Our joint efforts are focused on assisting individuals reentering society from incarceration by connecting them with essential resource support. We are committed to empowering these individuals on their path to reintegration and fostering a positive impact within our community. 

The Tippecanoe County Integrated Reentry and Correctional Support is a peer-led program inside the Tippecanoe County jail that helps individuals navigate reentry and recovery from the moment of incarceration through their return to the community. IRACS is available to anyone in custody who wants to engage in recovery—whether for mental health, substance use, or reentry stabilization at no charge.

Paul's Plan Ministries received a grant from the Drug Free Coalition of Tippecanoe County to support the IRACS program and provide the following services to the Lafayette community. 

  • Tippecanoe County Community Corrections - Embracing Recovery Alumni

    • Bi-Monthly Bingo/Game Nights 

    • Summer Kickball Tournaments

    • Monthly Recovery Movie Nights

    • Annual Halloween Event

  • Treatment/Recovery Support for Law Enforcement Agencies

    • Financial Support for Recovery Services

First Day Out Giving

Paul's Plan Ministries IRACS program supports individuals from the First Day they are released from the Tippecanoe County Jail.
On our site you will see that the recidivism and suicide rates of recently released individuals is very high if they do not receive support and tools for reintegration within the first 30 days. Please consider donating to help us continue to support our community.
