Tippecanoe County Adult Reentry Reimagined Services (TCARRS)

Paul's Plan Ministries has proudly partnered with the Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Office, Tippecanoe County Community Corrections, Tippecanoe County Probation, and other Criminal Justice partners and behavioral health partners in Tippecanoe County to change the way reentry looks in Tippecanoe County. Our joint efforts are focused on assisting individuals reentering the community from incarceration by connecting them with essential resource support. We are committed to empowering these individuals on their path to reintegration and fostering a positive impact within our community. 

Tippecanoe County Adult Reentry Reimagined Services (TCARRS) is a peer-led program providing recovery and reentry services to participants in the Tippecanoe County Jail and Community Corrections. TCARRS helps individuals navigate reentry and recovery from the moment of incarceration through their return to the community. TCARRS is available to anyone in custody in Tippecanoe County who wants to engage in recovery—whether for mental health, substance use, or reentry stabilization at no charge.

First Day Out Giving

Paul's Plan Ministries TCARRS program supports individuals in Lafayette Indiana, from the moment of incarceration through the First Day Out of incarceration from the Tippecanoe County Jail and or any other incarcerated settings across the state of Indiana. First Day Out Giving supports our First Day Out program which helps individuals at that crucial moment of reentry back into the community from incarceration.

On our site you will see that the recidivism and suicide rates of recently released individuals is very high if they do not receive support and tools for reintegration within the first 30 days. Please consider donating to help us continue to support our community.
